Window Shopper

Hi Internetters! Welcome back to my blog! Did you miss me? Well, I missed you! So here is another post. It's a short one but I hope you like it.

I went into a store today, sporting my leggings too big for me, my dirty old tote bag, and my averting eyes.

Nobody welcomed me to the store. Nobody asked me, “What would you like”, and nobody said, “Would you like to try that on?”

I walked in there, with nothing in mind, with no money in my pocket, and with no intention of buying anything for the future.

But I did pick up every shoe, touched every hat, and felt every scarf, just to pretend I could if I wanted to.
